Holds: These are used to place on a child's wrist, cart, or shirt as a bracelet or clip. Will hold up to 1 Standard size Balloons(11"-21"), or small (18") foil balloon without easily flying away. These can hold many balloons, but it is not recommended for more than one as children often let go of balloons, even anchored ones.
